Scope Review & Evaluation
- From the very beginning, we receive your drafts/text descriptions/other files to start working on your project;
- After receiving initial data we’ll study it to understand your particular task better;
- Finally, we’ll prepare clarifying questions and make a preliminary estimate.
Agreement & Project kickoff
- We meet with you to ask all the questions;
- Afterward, we agree on the price, terms, etc.
- Then we sign a contract and the NDA if needed;
- Let the work begin!
Research & Analysis
Research often pays off with faster project completion, higher quality, and money savings.
- At this stage, our qualified experts will study your project in detail;
- After the research is done, we’ll offer the most appropriate and optimal approach to your task;
- Before starting, Project Manager will agree with you on the approach.
Execution
Work in progress.
- This is where the main work takes place;
- Reporting. Your Project Manager will keep you up to date on the progress to agree on and coordinate the main stages of your project;
- Quality control. When the work is done, the project will undergo multi-step verification.
Presentation & Polishing
- Together with you, we’ll look through the results;
- If required, revisions will be made.
Project Closure
- After we receive your final approval we will send you all the files required;
- If the work is accepted and you have no complaints, at this point, payment is also made;
- The project is finished and closed.
Ongoing Support
- Sometimes you may need additions or edits to the finished project. We are always here to help you get things done;
- We’ll just keep in touch, because we care.
