Take the next step in your BIM career at ORIGIN by working on challenging MEP projects for international clients. We are looking for a Senior MEP BIM Modeler (HVAC, Revit) who can deliver accurate 3D models and high-quality drawings for mechanical systems based on project documentation, drawings, and coordination inputs.
In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, architects, and BIM specialists, contribute to project coordination, and help turn technical requirements into clear, buildable documentation. What we expect
- Higher education in construction, architecture, MEP engineering, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in MEP/HVAC 3D modeling;
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit;
- Experience working on MEP projects, preferably with HVAC systems;
- Skills in reading and interpreting project drawings and technical documentation;
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher;
- Responsibility, initiative, attention to detail;

Significant advantages will be
- Experience working with drawings/documentation in English (especially for the U.S. market);
- Experience with multidisciplinary coordination (architecture/structure/MEP);
- Knowledge of BIM standards, QA/QC workflows, and model organization best practices.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of incoming project documentation;
- Preparing simple RFIs/questions/clarification requests for the client;
- Participating in evaluating and coordinating technical solutions for the project;
- Modeling HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) in Autodesk Revit based on drawings and auxiliary models;
- Preparing and updating drawings in accordance with project requirements;
- Creating schedules, quantities, and other specifications;
- Maintaining model accuracy, consistency, and structure throughout the project;
- Performing self-checks and supporting internal QA/QC processes.
