What we expect
- Education in the field of construction or architecture;
- 2+ years of experience in 3D modeling;
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit;
- Experience with Scan to BIM projects;
- Skills in reading, annotating, and developing architectural/construction drawings;

Responsibilities
- Analysis of incoming documentation;
- Creating simple RFI/questions/requests to the client;
- Evaluation and approval of technical solutions for the project;
- Basic Point Cloud processing in ReCap Pro;
- Initial setup of the model for further work;
- Modeling based on drawings and auxiliary models (structural/architectural);
- Creation of custom families that meet project needs;
- Creation of architectural drawings, annotation families, drawing templates, etc.;
- Creating various specifications;
- Improving the production process by identifying weak points;
- Self-check and self-analysis.
