We’re looking for a skilled Middle MEP BIM Modeler to model MEP systems and produce clear, coordinated drawings using Autodesk Revit (MEP).
You’ll work on projects that vary in size, industry, and technology—collaborating with engineers, architects, and project teams to deliver accurate, buildable MEP models. Experience with Scan to BIM/point clouds is a strong plus.

What we expect
- Education in construction, architecture, MEP engineering, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in MEP 3D modeling;
- Confident use of Autodesk Revit MEP;
- Experience working on MEP projects (bonus: Scan to BIM experience);
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher;
- Responsibility, initiative, attention to detail;
- Critical thinking and a drive for self-improvement;

Responsibilities
- Analysis of incoming documentation;
- Creating simple RFI/questions/requests to the client;
- Evaluation and alignment of technical solutions for the project;
- MEP modeling based on drawings, auxiliary models, and (when applicable) point clouds;
- Modeling key systems such as plumbing, heating, drainage, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical;
- Drawing preparation and annotation;
- Creating various specifications/schedules;
- Self-check and self-analysis to ensure quality and coordination.
