At ORIGIN, we believe strong design is not just about aesthetics — it’s about clarity, consistency, and impact. We’re looking for a Junior/Junior+ Graphic Designer to support our marketing and employer branding efforts by creating visual materials that help our ideas stand out across digital and print channels.
This role is ideal for a designer with a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and a growing portfolio. You’ll work primarily on social media creatives, while also contributing to website visuals, advertising materials, presentations, sales PDFs, branding assets, and print-ready designs. You’ll collaborate closely with our SMM team and CMO, with mentorship support and space to grow your creative skills.
What we expect
- Portfolio with strong examples of graphic/content design work (portfolio is required);
- 0.5+ years of commercial experience in graphic design;
- Confident skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva;
- Strong visual taste, composition skills, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work both from a clear brief and with partial input while contributing visual ideas;
- Willingness to accept feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain visual consistency;
- Responsibility, initiative, speed, and strong time management skills;
- Ability to communicate clearly with the team and ask clarifying questions when needed.
Significant advantages will be
- Experience creating visuals for B2B brands or technical industries (architecture/engineering/construction is a plus);
- Experience preparing print-ready materials (posters, merch, banners, brochures, etc.);
- Basic motion design/video editing skills for simple social media tasks;
- Experience using AI tools for design ideation or production support (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT/image tools);
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe InDesign;
- Basic presentation design skills (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Creating visual content for social media (the main focus of the role);
- Designing marketing materials for digital campaigns, ads, and brand communications;
- Preparing visual assets for website pages and promotional content;
- Creating presentations and sales materials (including PDF brochures and similar assets);
- Supporting employer branding initiatives with visual materials for HR communications;
- Preparing print-ready layouts for posters, merch, banners, and other offline materials;
- Collaborating with the SMM team and CMO on briefs, concepts, and creative iterations;
- Maintaining visual consistency across ORIGIN’s channels and materials;
- Using AI tools where appropriate to accelerate ideation and production workflows.
