What we expect

Experience & Expertise:

  • At least 2 years of SMM experience;
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their algorithms;

Creativity & Content:

  • Ability to create compelling, tailored content for various platforms;
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Figma, Canva);

Communication Skills:

  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English (minimum Intermediate level, B1+);
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail;

Analytical Skills:

  • Experience with analytics tools and running targeted ad campaigns;

Personal Attributes:

  • Initiative, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in architecture, construction, or tech industries;
  • Basic marketing knowledge.

 

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a tailored SMM strategy for each platform:
    • Instagram: Build a strong corporate brand presence;
    • Facebook and LinkedIn: Enhance brand recognition, reputation, and perceived value;
    • LinkedIn (additional focus): Create organic post chains and advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and sales;
  • Analyze competitors and stay updated on market trends;

Content Development:

  • Collaborate on content plans and advertising campaigns;
  • Create unique, visually appealing, and engaging content:
    • Coordinate with designers by drafting briefs;
    • Generate corporate content ideas with the team;
    • Explore innovative formats for viral posts;

Community Engagement:

  • Interact with audiences by responding to comments and messages;
  • Proactively foster engagement through creative communication;

Performance Analytics:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools;

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding.
